Where I can receive my order?

You can receive it in address  you choose (home, work, etc.) in any of the following countries: Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Denmark, Ireland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times depend on the shipping destination. For shipments to Mainland Spain and Balearic Island, standard shipping is 5 to 7 working days. Shipments to the Canary Islands are 1-2 working days. Currently we do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla. For shipments to other European countries, the delivery time depends on the country and usually ranges between 7-14 business days.

How much I have to pay shipping charge?

For shipments to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, the standard shipping costs are 9.95 € (free for orders above 120€), the shipping costs for Canary Islands is 5,95€ (free for orders from 60€). For orders placed from other countries in Europe the standard shipping costs are 15€ (for orders from 120€) or 20€ (for orders below that amount).

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, in the section 'My Account' you can see the status of every individual order. If you're not registered, click on the link "Order information" in the confirmation email.

What is the process of home delivery?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send an email confirmation for shipping (when your order leaves our warehouse), another email with a tracking number (with a link to the website of the courier company) and finally the carrier will contact you to inform you about the  delivery of your order.

What is the delivery process in store?

If you choose store delivery, we will inform you about the arrival of the goods via phone call (You will have 15 days to pick it up). You must show the confirmation email and identification when you pick it up, if somebody else is picking up your order please send us their details.
